• Newsletter Signup: If you subscribe to our weekly tips, your email is stored and managed by Kit (formerly ConvertKit). See Kit's Privacy Policy.
• Product Purchases: The FCRA Dispute Toolkit is sold through Gumroad. Payment and purchase data is handled entirely by Gumroad. See Gumroad's Privacy Policy.
• Usage Data: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized data about site visits including pages viewed, general location, and device type. No personal identifiers are stored.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to research insurance options on your behalf, contact you with your quote or consultation, and follow up as requested. We do not use your data for any other purpose without your consent.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

Fortis Client Services does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party marketers. Your information may be shared with insurance carriers only as necessary to obtain quotes on your behalf, and only with your knowledge.

Communication

By submitting a form, you agree to receive follow-up communication related to your request via your preferred contact method. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or clicking unsubscribe in any email.

Insurance Consultations

Information shared during consultations is used to help identify relevant insurance options. As an independent licensed insurance professional, we work with multiple carriers. We do not share your personal consultation information with any carrier unless you authorize us to proceed with an application.

Third-Party Tools

Some optional resources available through Fortis, including self-guided educational toolkits, may use third-party technology to assist with document preparation or information processing. Any such tools operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which will be disclosed at the point of access. Fortis does not control, store, or have access to data processed through those independent tools.

Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Our website is served over HTTPS. We do not store payment information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we implement reasonable technical measures to minimize risk.

Your Rights

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
